Whole grains are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and important phytonutrients, including antioxidants.
The 2010 Dietary Guidelines recommend Americans eat 6 servings of grain-based foods a day, with at least half being whole grain. Amazingly, most Americans barely eat 1 serving of whole grains a day. Learn more about whole grains below and visit Flowers' recipes and the Whole Grains Council's recipe site to find scrumptious ways to add whole grain foods to your diet.
