2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (.4-ounce) envelope buttermilk ranch dressing mix (1 tablespoon)
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
10 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled or 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
1 loaf Sunbeam Pull-Apart Bar-B-Q Bread

  1. Combine mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix in small bowl.

  2. Stir in cheese and bacon.

  3. Partially cut loaf at perforations, leaving bottom intact. Spread cheese mixture evenly between cuts in loaf.

  4. Spray large piece of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; wrap loaf in foil, sealing tightly.

  5. Place on grid over medium coals. Grill, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts, turning once.

  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Oven Directions: Place foil-wrapped loaf on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400°F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
