cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |

cup mayonnaise |

(4-ounce) jars pimentos, drained |

tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion |

teaspoon salt or to taste |

loaf Sunbeam Pull-Apart Bar-B-Q Bread or Texas Toast |

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, onion, pepper and salt in small bowl.

Partially cut loaf at perforations, leaving bottom intact.

Spread pimento cheese evenly between cuts in loaf.

Spray large piece of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; wrap loaf in foil, sealing tightly.

Place on grid over medium coals. Grill, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts, turning once.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
