Flowers Foods' transfer agent, Computershare, sponsors and administers the Computershare Investment Plan (CIP) for Flowers Foods common stock. The CIP offers current Flowers Foods shareholders as well as new investors a variety of direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment options including:

  • Making an initial purchase of Flowers Foods stock through the CIP in a minimum amount of $500, in one purchase or ten consecutive purchases of $50

  • Purchasing additional shares in smaller dollar amounts (minimum of $50 per purchase)

  • Making optional stock purchases in any week or month or set up recurring stock purchases through the automatic investment feature

  • Receiving any dividends paid in cash (by mail or electronic direct deposit) or reinvesting all or a portion of any dividends paid in Flowers Foods stock
