Professional Growth
Professional GrowthThe American Institute of Baking (AIB) offers courses covering technical instruction in baking, sanitation, and engineering. In Flowers Foods' 35-year partnership with AIB, team members have completed nearly 5,500 AIB courses.
In 2014, more than 800 employees completed almost 1,500 online training courses, covering business skills, computer software, environmental issues, safety, and health.
We also offer management training courses covering leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
